Abstract
Leasing predstavlja sporazum na temelju kojeg davatelj leasinga prenosi pravo korištenja leasing objekta tj. dugotrajne materijalne imovine na korisnika leasinga te za to naplaćuje mjesečnu naknadu kroz dogovoreni vremenski period. Leasing prvenstveno dijelimo na operativni i financijski leasing. Usporedbom kredita i leasinga možemo zaključiti kako ti oblici financiranja imaju neke zajedničke karakteristike, ali leasing nudi više mogućnosti.
