Abstract
U ovom radu je prikazana i analizirana organizacija u jednom od poduzeća. Isto tako skrenula se pozornost i na dimenzije organizacije kao i čimbenike organizacije. Iz praktičnog dijela je prikazana analiza organizacije u poduzeću odnosno uloga organizacije i utjecaj čimbenika organizacije kao i sama organizacijska struktura.
