Abstract
U radu se razrađuje pojam participativnog menadžmenta. Govori se o tome što sve zahtjeva participativni menadžment i zašto ne uspijeva. Navode se primjeri takvog upravljanja, značajke, ciljevi, preduvjeti koji moraju biti zadovoljeni da bi se takav stil upravljanja mogao sprovesti, prednosti i nedostaci. U završnom djelu rada iznose se bitne odrednice i daje vlastito mišljenje.
