Abstract
Razvojem tehnologije pohrana podataka u papirnatom obliku zamijenjena je raznim sustavima za upravljanje bazom podataka. Danas imamo veliku ponudu takvih sustava, pri čemu su neki od njih besplatni, a neki su ipak investicija. Jedan on jednostavnijih sustava za izradu baze podataka je Microsoft Access. Microsoft Access nudi nekoliko načina izrade baze podataka, čime omogućuje jednostavnu prilagodbu korisnika različitih zanimanja, znanja i interesa. U ovom radu naglasak se stavlja na izravno pisanje SQL koda u sustav Microsoft Access 2016. SQL je najviše korišten jezik za rad s bazama podataka. Sastoji se od određenog broja naredbi, pri čemu svaku naredbu čini nekoliko klauzula navedenih i objašnjenih u ovom radu.
