Abstract
Tema "Upravljanje organizacijskim promjenama" je vrlo bitna u današnje vrijeme, što se može vidjeti i iz ovog završnog rada gdje se na primjeru Varteksa i Firestonea pokazala neuspješna prilagodba promjenama, a na primjeru Rimac automobila i Truelocala dobra prilagodba.
