Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada je objasniti svrhu analize osjetljivosti te na praktičnom primjeru prikazati način provođenja. Analiza osjetljivosti je jedna od metoda za mjerenje individualne rizičnosti projekta, a provodi se na način da se projekt opterećuje situacijama koje imaju mogućnost da se dogode u budućnosti, te se potom promatra utjecaj situacije na ključne parametre projekta. S obzirom na današnja kretanja u poslovanju od iznimne je važnosti uključiti procjenu rizika u planiranje projekta za dobivanje što objektivnijeg pregleda ulaganja, jer se može dogoditi da naizgled dobar projekat završi s negativnim posljedicama za poslovanje. Rad osim teoretskog dijela obuhvaća i praktični dio u kojem je izrađen poslovni plan za pokretanje djelatnosti proizvodnje prirodnog soka od crnog ribiza, te je u provedbi analize osjetljivosti projekt opterećen s 3 potencijalne situacije.
