Abstract
Opisivanje svih faza životnog vijeka IT usluga, i opisivanje svih procesa koji se nalaze u svakoj od pojedinih faza, i to na temelju treće verzije ITIL-a (The Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Nakon toga detaljnja razrada procesa Upravljanje incidentima koji predstavlja jedan od procesa koji se nalaze u fazi Operativne uporabe IT usluga (Service Operation).
