Abstract
Kao uvod u temu dijagama utjecaja opisao sam teoriju odlučivanja. Nakon toga sam detaljno opisao dijagram utjecaja, od njegove povijesti nastajanja, načina izrade te njegovu svrhu i cilj izrade. Prikazao sam nekoliko primjera, te sam izračun ROI koji predstavlja rezultat dijagrama utjecaja. Usporedio sam dijagram utjecaja sa stablom odlučivanja te IDA metodologiju pristupa dijagramu utjecaja. Temeljem naučenoga kroz vlastite dojmove, zaključio sam rad.
