Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada definirao se pojam poduzetništva i obiteljskog poduzetništva. Navode se i prednosti i problemi koji proizlaze iz obiteljskih poduzeća. Velika pažnja posvetila se međugeneracijskom prijenosu vlasništva. Provedeno je anketno ispitivanje putem društvene mreže Facebook. U završnom dijelu rada prikazani su intervjui dva obiteljska poduzetnika. Metodom intervjua ispitane su 2 osobe jedna koja ima OPG u Ždralovima (kraj Bjelovara), te druga vlasnica poduzeća Hard Jura d.o.o. također iz Bjelovara.
