Abstract
Prema teoriji na savršeno konkurentom tržištu ne postoje barijere ulasku poduzeća na tržište. Barijere ulasku prisutne su kad je potencijalnim ulaznicima djelomično ili u potpunosti onemogućeni ulazak u neku industriju ili pristup nekom tržištu. Ulazne barijere se dijele na strukturne i strateške. Strukturne barijere vezane su uz karakteristike određene industrije. Strateške barijere odnose se na različita ponašanje poduzeća kojima strateški nastoje onemogućiti ulazak drugim poduzećima u industriju.
