Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se analizom teorija motivacije. Utvrđeno je kako postoje dvije skupine teorija: sadržajne i procesne. Sadržajne teorije baziraju se na konceptu potreba i njihovo zadovoljenje koje determinira ponašanje u radu. Procesne teorije u obzir uzimaju i druge čimbenike, kao što su npr. stavovi, percepcije, očekivanja, ciljevi, i sl. Zaključeno je kako između te dvije skupine teorija postoje i sličnosti i razlike. Sve teorije govore o tome da će se zadovoljenje potreba i želja odraziti na motiviranost i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika.
