Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je obrazložiti potrebu za upravljanjem informatičkim uslugama u današnjem okruženju. . Posebno će se istaknuti ITIL 4 verzija gdje će se detaljno objasniti struktura te procesi ITIL-a. Na praktičnom primjeru iz realnog sektora, bit će moguće upoznati se sa samom implementacijom najbolje prakse u poduzeće u kojem je bila odrađena stručna praksa.
