Abstract
U ovome radu će se obraditi tema parametara i modela upravljanja procesnim performansama. Prvo će biti objašnjeni osnovni koncepti vezani za temu kako bi mogli bolje razumjeti što su zapravo parametri i modeli za upravljanje procesnim performansama. Prikazan je osvrt na dostupna prijašnja istraživanja o ovoj temi. Nakon toga su objašnjeni glavni koncepti koji se spominju u tim istraživanjima te su isti demonstrirani na primjeru. Opisani su su budući izazovi u navedenom području te koji su izazovi unutar tog područja s obzirom na digitalnu transformaciju kao novo područje.
