Abstract
U sklopu mog završnog rada odlučila sam se bazirati na ERP sustave te je ideja rad podijeliti na dva dijeta, teorijski i praktični. Cilj teorijskog dijela završnog rada je objasniti kako ćemo uz primjenu ERP sustava povećati operativnu izvrsnost poslovanja. U praktičnom dijelu želi se kroz modul financija i računovodstva u ERP-u prikazati kako se poslovni procesi u poduzeću x brže i uspješnije odvijaju. Kako se cijelo poslovanje odvija uz manje troškove i veću produktivnost.
