Abstract
Rad opisuje suvremeno stanje domene projektnog menadžmenta. Spomenut je njegov povijesni razvoj, opisane su struktura projekata kroz koncepte životnog ciklusa i procesa upravljanja projektima iuloga voditelja projekata, te se zatim obrađuju tematske cjeline tradicionalnog i agilnog projektnog menadžmenta. Navode se popularni predstavnici svakog pristupa te se opisuju njihove značajke, prednosti i nedostaci. Rad pokušava predložiti odgovore na problematiku izbora pojedine metode upravljanja projektima za konkretne projekte; daje se odvagano mišljenje na temelju naučenih informacija i podataka iz stvarnog poslovnog okruženja.
