Abstract
Analiziranjem odgovora 271 ispitanika od kojih su pola studenti a pola zaposlenici informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija, otkrivene su razlike i sličnosti u mišljenjima oko najpotrebnijih vještina i karakteristika karijere u ICT-u. Analizirani rezultati pokazuju kako će najveći broj ispitanih studenata za svoju karijeru najradije odabrati zaposlenje programera ili prodavača i marketing stručnjaka. Većina njih prepoznaje važnosti ispitanih izvannastavnih aktivnosti, no općeniti je zaključak kako bi se svakako mogli mnogo više uključiti u navedene programe i aktivnosti.
