Abstract
Sve se više poslovnih odluka bez obzira na njihovu važnost donosi u turbulentnoj okolini zbog utjecaja ubrzanog načina života i globalne pandemije uzrokovane koronavirusom. Deskriptivnom studijom slučaja telekomunikacijskog operatera pod nazivom "Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u vrijeme COVID-19" obrađena je tema poslovnog odlučivanja u turbulentnoj okolini.
