Abstract
Tema ovog rada je metode poboljšanja usluge te se bavi problematikom inovacija usluge koristeći razne metode. Uz teorijski dio, u kojem je opisana inovacija poslovnog modela, kontinuirano poboljšanje usluge i metode dizajna usluge, nalazi se praktični dio gdje su primijenjene metode na konkretnim primjerima.
