Abstract
Investicijski fondovi kao oblik institucionalnih investitora zauzimaju sve važniju ulogu na tržištu kapitala u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj rada je definirati vrste investicijskih fondova, njihovu ulogu i značaj za tržište kapitala, zakonodavni okvir, karakteristike, s naglaskom na dioničke fondove. Analizirat će se dva dionička fonda koja djeluju na hrvatskom tržištu. Dionički investicijski fondovi koji će biti analizirani su Erste Adriatic Equity i ZB Aktiv. Za svaki fond bit će objašnjena...
