Abstract
U ovom radu obradit će se pojam upravljanja znanjem u organizaciji i njegovih sastavnih elemenata (procesi, mehanizmi, tehnologije, sustavi i infrastruktura za upravljanje znanjem). Poseban naglasak stavit će se na povijesni razvoj upravljanja znanjem te će se kroz primjere obraditi usporedba nekadašnjih i suvremenih mogućnosti sustava za upravljanje znanjem. Pomoću slučajeva iz prakse hrvatskih poduzeća objasnit će se alati upravljanja znanjem.
