Abstract
Ovim radom utvrđeno je postojanje dominantnog pristupa vodstvu unutar poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. U empirijskom istraživanju je sudjelovalo sedam poduzeća, koji su ispunjavanjem ankete omogućili uvid u njihov rad. I time je utvrđeno da se najviše pažnje pridaje međuljudskim odnosima to jest zaposlenicima.
