Abstract
Tema rada obuhvaća prije svega pojam krizne komunikacije,krizni menadžment i opća pravila kriznog menadžmenta, zatim se opisuje priprema za krizu u poslovnim i javnim organizacijama odnosno kako odabrati krizni tim, odrediti ciljanu javnost, odredit najučinkovitije metode komuniciranja, zatim se opisuje učinkovita i ne učinkovita krizna komunikacija na primjerima, te kakav je utjecaj medija u kriznoj situaciji i na kraju važnost odnosa s javnošću.
