Abstract
Six Sigma je metodologija za unapređivanje kvalitete ključnih procesa bazirana na činjenicama. Fokusirana je na kontinuirano usavršavanje i ima za cilj dostizanje 99,9997% ispravnosti procesa (3,4 neispravnih od milijun jedinica) utjecanjem na svaki dio procesa koji sadrži varijacije ili gubitke.
