Abstract
U radu je prikazano nekoliko značajnijih definicija menadžmenta, te preostale četiri funkcije menadžmenta. Detaljno je objašnjem pojam vođenja, odnos vođenja i menadžmenta, pojam vodstva te odnos mendažmenta i vodstva. Prikazani su najznačajniji i najčešće korišteni stilovi i teorije vođenja. Na kraju je na konkretnom primjeru iz suvremene poslovne prakse prikazano vođenje u praksi.
