Abstract
Case management omogućuje praćenje nekog entiteta u sustavu i bilježenje aktivnosti s tim u svezi. Proces reklamacija je važan u svakoj tvrtci, obično obuhvaća nekoliko tipova reklamacija (npr. povrat robe koja ne zadovoljava, ili traženje umanjenja računa zato što je roba manjkava itd). Svaki od tipova reklamacija ima definiran način na koji bi to trebalo rješavati, i to treba implementirati kroz Case management.
