Abstract
Dizajnom IT usluga dobivamo nove ili promijenjene usluge koje se mogu uvesti u realno okruženje. Dobar dizajn IT usluga omogućava dostavu jeftine i kvalitetne usluge te osigurava ispunjenost poslovnih zahtjeva. Smanjeni ukupni trošak vlasništva, bolja usklađenost IT usluga, unaprijeđena kvaliteta usluge, efikasnija IT usluga, efektivnije upravljanje IT uslugama i procesima, kvalitetniji proces donošenja odluka i slično, samo su neke od koristi dobrog dizajna IT usluga. U ovom radu biti će riječi o samom procesu tog dizajna te ponajviše o tehnikama i metodama samog dizajniranja.
