Abstract
Elektronički potpis se može ukratko opisati kao digitalni kod koji služi za zaštitu poruka koje se prenose elektronički, putem javne mreže. U skladu sa Zakonom, elektronički potpis zamjenjuje vlastoručni potpis na papiru i pečat. Njegovim korištenjem osigurava se autentičnost, integritet i neporecivost.
