Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je grupna dinamika i timski rad. Definirane su grupe i opisane su vrste grupa koje postoje. Navedene su i neke tehnike grupnog odlučivanje te koje su prednosti i nedostaci grupnog odlučivanja. Nadalje, definiran je timski rad, opisane vrste timskog rada i navedene prednosti i nedostaci timskog rada. Također, provedeno je i istraživanje u dvije suvremene organizacije kako bi se istražila učinkovitost timskog rada u organizacijama.
