Abstract
Upravljanje usmjereno na resurse ekonomski je alat koji se koristi za određivanje strateških resursa s kojima raspolaže tvrtka . Temeljni princip ovakvog upravljanja je taj da osnova konkurentske prednosti tvrtke leži prvenstveno u primjeni paketa vrijednih resursa s kojima raspolaže tvrtka.
