Abstract
U ovom je završnom radu primijenjena standardna metoda otkrivanja znanja, CRISP-DM (CRoss Industry Standard Process for Data Mining), nad podacima iz turizma. Podaci u turizmu odnose se na istraživanje zadovoljstva posjetitelja Festivala uličnih šetača - Špancirfest iz 2003. godine, na uzorku od N = 239. Dosljednom primjenom metode CRISP-DM, te programskog alata za rudarenje podataka po izboru pristupnice, dobivene su inovativne, zanimljive i korisne pravilnosti iz podataka.
