Abstract
Rad se bazira na modelima razvoja ICT karijere, tržištu rada kao osnovi razvoja karijere informatičara. Analizirani su vodeći modeli razvoja informatičkih zanimanja (ISM, SFIA, P-CMM i EUCIP - naglasak na SFIA-i) te je prikazan odnos redovite izobrazbe na Fakultetu organizacije i informatike u Varaždinu i EUCIP-a.
