Abstract
Osim temeljne definicije komunikacije i njezine povijesti, obrađena je komunikacija u vodstvu, komunikacijske vještine i komunikacijska kompetencija u poslovnom okruženju, objašnjeni su temeljni stilovi vodstva, karakteristike vođenja, karakteristike menadžera, što čini uspješnog menadžera, kako to komunikacija utječe na uspješnost menadžera te je navedeno par primjera komunikacije u poslovanju iz realnog svijeta.
