Abstract
Razvoj osobnih kompetencija dinamička je kategoriza značajna za svakog studenta koji završava neki informatički fakultet. No, u praksi nedostaje znanje o tome kako planirati vlastiti profesionalni razvoj. U radu je potrebno postaviti model takovog razvoja. Polazeći od osobnog željenog tematskog područja budućeg profesionalnog IT djelovanja, postojećih generičkih modela za ovo područje, te tzv. „body of knowledge“, treba identificirati potrebne razine kompetencija i načine usvajanja zahtjevanih vještina i dokazivanja kompetencija.
