Abstract
Pregovori su danas iznimno bitni za uspješno vođenje poslovanja. Kao dio pripreme potrebno je naučiti ili ponoviti strategije, taktike, tehnike, psihološke tipove pregovarača i sl.. Osim teorije koja uvijek vrijedi, potrebno je obratiti pozornost na čimbenike koji su specifični za određenu situaciju, pr. u kojoj gospodarskoj razini se pregovara, kojoj kulturi pripada "druga strana", kako i na to koliko će trajati sami pregovori i koji su nam ciljevi. Na kraju je potrebno obratiti pozornost na sam tijek pregovora, moguće scenarije i rezultate.
