Abstract
Rad prikazuje analizu korporacijskog upravljanja u bankarskom sektoru Republike Hrvatske. Kroz opći pregled korporacijskog upravljanja, a zatim detaljnu analizu deset vodećih banaka u Kreće s općim pregledom, na koji se nastavlja osvrt na bankarstvo u RH, a zatim slijedi detaljna analiza deset vodećih banaka u RH. Na kraju rada predložen je model korporacijskog upravljanja koji je izrađen na temelju provedene analize.
