Abstract
U radu su definirani pojmovi znanje, vještine, kompetencije i kvalifikacije, te su opisane digitalne i transverzalne vještine/kompetencije potrebne zaposlenicima ureda s obzirom na tipične funkcije ureda. Prikazana je i klasifikacija vještina/kompetencija i kvalifikacija (prema ESCO-u). U praktičnom dijelu analiziraju se uredski poslovi (radna mjesta) tajnice i računovođe i digitalne vještine/kompetencije koje se traže od današnjih uredskih zaposlenika.
