Abstract
Analitički mrežni proces (engl. Analytic Network Process) odnosno skraćeno ANP metoda jedna je od najnovjih metoda za višekriterijsko odlučivanje. To je proces koji omogućava da se uključe svi faktori i kriteriji koji utječu na donošenje najbolje odluke. ANP je korisni alat za predviđanje i prikazivanje različitih kriterija sa njihovim pretpostavljenim interakcijama i njihovim relativnim težinama kako bi utjecali prilikom donošenja odluke. U ovom radu ANP metoda korištena je za odabir CRM rješenja koje će najbolje odgovarati određenoj organizacije, odnosno da bude u skladu s njezinim preferencijama.
