Abstract
Intuitivno odlučivanje se ponajviše koristi u privatnom životu, no sve se više koristi i u poslovnom odlučivanju. Intuicija je osobina koju posjeduju sve osobe, a djeluje na temelju prijašnjeg iskustva. Intuitivno odlučivanje se koristi na svim razinama odlučivanja: operativnoj, taktičkoj i strateškoj. Intuitivno odlučivanje ne isključuje ostale načine odlučivanja, već ih nadopunjuje. Za potrebe diplomskog rada provedena su tri intervjua sa menadžerima manjih poduzeća u Varaždinakoj županiji kako bi istražili koliku ulogu ima intuicija u njihovom procesu odlučivanja.
