Abstract
U ovom radu opisani su mnogi aspekti u-poslovanja počevši s tehnologijama, kako te tehnologije tvore poslovanje, što to predstavlja za društvo i koje su opasnosti. U-poslovanje predstavljeno je prije 12 godina kao nov način poslovanja, poslovanje koje obuhvaća sva poslovanja dosad, moglo bi se reći da je u-poslovanje „5 u 1“ poslovanje jer obuhvaća elektroničko, mobilno, televizijskog, glasovno i tiho poslovanje. Pojavljuje se kao kontinuirani, neprekidni tok komunikacije, sadržaja i usluga koje se razmjenjuju među poslovnim subjektima, dobavljačima, zaposlenicima, kupcima i proizvodima.
