Abstract
Problem nastanka zaliha promatra se kroz povezivanje poslovnih aktivnosti, procesa i funkcija poduzeća. Funkcija nabave dužna je osigurati sigurnu opskrbu i efikasno upravljanje troškovima nabave. To zahtjeva postavljanje strategije nabave koja se temelji na provjerenim modelima uz pomoć kojih se utvrđuje razina sigurnosnih zaliha, razina signalnih zaliha i razina maksimalnih zaliha. Modeli za određivanje optimalnog vremena i količine naručivanja kao što su EOQ (ekonomična količina naručivanja)... More EPQ (ekonomična količina proizvodnje) ili metoda Markovljevih lanaca koja se koristi za prognozu budućih stanja. U velikoj mjeri olakšavaju put do ekonomičnog poslovanja funkcije nabave, a samim tim i poslovanje ostalih osnovnih funkcija poduzeća. Less
