Abstract
Prikazan je grafički model sadašnjeg načina odvijanja poslovnog procesa nabave (As-Is), opisano je gdje i kako se u njemu može koristiti suvremena IKT te je izmodeliran novi način odvijanja tog procesa (To-Be). Simulacijom dovoljno velikog broja instanci procesa na grafičkom modelu pokazani su učinci primjene IKT s aspekta vremena i troškova odvijanja procesa. Navedeni proces izvodi se u Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO). Model je izrađen i simulacije su provedene u programskom alatu IBM Websphere Business Modeler. Za otvaranje priložene datoteke potrebno je promijeniti ekstenziju u 7z i imati instaliran program 7-Zip.
