Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjeni su pojmovi vezani uz projekt i njegovo upravljanje, te su navedene razne tehnike kontrole projekta s naglaskom na kontrolu troškova tehnikom ostvarene vrijednosti. Prikazan je i stvaran projekt na kojem se koristi kontrola troškova tehnikom ostvarene vrijednosti, te su na kraju spomenuti programski alati koji omogućavaju lakšu kontrolu projekta.
