Abstract
Redovi nastaju na najrazličitijim mjestima stoga se njihovo zanemarivanje može negativno očitati na poslovanje poduzeća koje vrši usluge i na osobe koje izravno ili neizravno sudjeluju u redovima. Samim time što ljudi danas imaju sve manje vremena za stajanje u redovima važno je da se napravi sustav koji će te redove smanjiti ili ubrzati.
