Abstract
Tema i predmet rada je utvrditi važnost ljudskih potencijala za uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalom predstavlja dio ukupne poslovne strategije poduzeća, ukoliko poduzeće ima taj odjel. Kako bi se kontrolirala uspješnost ispunjenja poslovne strategije, važno je voditi računa i o utjecaju ljudskih potencijala i njihovim upravljanjem na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća.
