Abstract
Opisane su postojeće vrste web portala, funkcije web portala, te je navedeno koji su točno čimbenici koji utječu na zadovoljstvo korisnika web portalima. Uz to su posebno opisani personalizirani web portali, te vrste personaliziranih web portala. Opisane su i web tehnologije u kojima je izrađen praktični dio rada koji opisuje sam razvoj personaliziranog web portala.
