Abstract
U radu je prikazan model upravljanja IT uslugama koji se temelji na ITIL-u i oblikovanju njegovih procesa. Rad prolazi kroz pet faza životnog ciklusa usluge, te poseban naglasak stavlja na fazu dizajna usluge. Na kraju rada nalaze se primjeri prateće dokumentacije za service management te primjer projektnog zadatka koji daje osnove za kreiranje service level agreement ugovora.
