Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom potrebnih vještina poduzetnika-menadžera u periodu kada poduzeće ostvaruje rast i time postaje preveliko da bi za vođenje cjelokupnog poslovanja brinula samo jedna osoba. Rast poduzeća kao mjerljiva varijabla ukazuje na potrebu kada je u upravljanje potrebno uvesti delegiranje ovlasti i odgovornosti. Unutar rada bit će opisani svi najvažniji aspekti delegiranja ovlasti i odgovornosti unutar poduzeća. Osim teoretske obrade teme, rad uključuje i praktičan primjer dvaju hrvatskih poduzeća.
