Abstract
Rad se sastoji od formi procesa organizacija te analiza kako odabrati pravu formu. Prikazane su i nove tehnologije koje se koriste u proizvodnji, te dokumentacija koja prati planiranje procesa, kao što je sastavnica, dijagram tokova procesa i sl. Prikazan je i model procesa, te ERA model za tehnološku pripremu rada.
