Abstract

In my thesis, I focused myself on managers from different multicultural environment. In order to understand cultural diversity, the whole chapter of my work was devoted to this subject. Traditional managers cannot succeed in conditions that rule today. So, it is necessary to change strategies and stream towards to become global manager. Also, studies have shown that people with different backgrounds provide more ideas and quality solutions, so organizations have started to build multicultural teams. So, one part of my paper is about managing multicultural teams. In my last chapter there are given few examples of managers and how they lead multicultural teams.
