Ovim radom objašnjava se kako se upravlja životnim ciklusom proizvoda.Prvo objasniti marketinški miks, preko kojeg bismo došli do onoga što znači proizvod. Obuhvatiti faze životnog ciklusa proizvoda - prvo kroz teoretski dio, pa zatim na par poslovnih slučajeva (praktični dio).
